All services are provided on a monthly subscription basis unless stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our services. By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Billing & Payments

All payments are due in advance of service delivery. RANK1 SYSTEMS LLC processes payments securely through Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorize RANK1 SYSTEMS LLC to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled.

No refunds will be issued for partial months of service.

5. SMS and A2P Messaging Compliance

RANK1 SYSTEMS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the past 30 days.
